To make the payment process easier:

We are in-network with the following insurance plans:

For out of network insurance benefits, we will submit services to the insurance on the patient’s behalf; however, some insurances will assign benefits to the patient only, in which case, the patient would pay the office in full and will be reimbursed by the insurance company directly.

We also offer the following payment options:

• Major credit cards
• CareCredit®️

For those of you who may not know how CareCredit works, this is a third-party financing option where patients can pay interest-free repayments. Our friendly team at Sharon Dental Group will be happy to work together with you to create a convenient treatment plan aligned with your requirements.

What else should I know?

• Our membership plan is not insurance and is not a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act.
• Our membership plan includes a 30-day money back guarantee. You can receive a full refund up to 30 days after purchase if no benefits of the plan have been used. Refunds after 30 days will be at the discretion of our practice.
• Payment for any treatment(s) not included in the membership plan is due at the time of service.
• The membership plan benefits may not be combined with insurance, other offers, or discounts.
• Some exclusions may apply.
